德國(guó)Walter ZEPF AR-1 EP潤滑脂是一種(zhǒng)長(cháng)流、延性高性能(néng)潤滑脂複合物，适用于重潤滑負載摩擦軸承、滾珠和滾柱軸承、正齒輪和蝸輪、開(kāi)放式變速器即使在高溫條件下。它是利用我們的合成(chéng)基礎油和添加劑技術和一種(zhǒng)特殊的無機物配制而成(chéng)。增稠劑AR-1潤滑膜大限度地減少了摩擦力引起(qǐ)的附加應力表面(miàn)，主要是表面(miàn)故障，甚至在滾子軸承潤滑的應用領域。從而提高了機械部件的使用壽命。特殊的極壓有效成(chéng)分，不易發(fā)生化學(xué)腐蝕，以及par-合成(chéng)基礎油産生一個統一的載體概念，從而導緻更高的負載限制。這(zhè)種(zhǒng)潤滑脂是爲了在不磨損的情況下控制鋼/青銅、鋼/鋼的材料連接，即使在極端溫度應力條件下壓力機、主軸/主軸螺母導闆、發(fā)動機和電機滾子軸承、開(kāi)式齒輪傳動裝置。
